Campbell

Hayley Campbell, MD, is a board certified Physiatrist. She grew up in Arab and is devoted to serving the people of North Alabama. She’s been with Huntsville Hospital’s Spine & Neuro Center since 2010.

Dr. Campbell provides expert care in non-surgical spine treatments. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. She completed a one-year Internal Medicine internship with Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham, followed by a three-year residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. Campbell chose to be a Physiatrist because she wanted to help her patients have a better chance at life and mobility. She treats a wide variety of issues affecting the spinal cord, nervous system and muscles. Her specialties include:

  • Outpatient injections to manage chronic back pain
  • Electrodianostic testing
  • Lumbar epidural steroid injections for lower back pain and sciatica
  • Radiofrequency ablation
  • Physical therapy 

Dr. Campbell’s professional affiliations include the American Academy of Physician Medicine and Rehabilitation, Medical Association for the State of Alabama, and Spine Intervention Society. 

In her spare time, Dr. Campbell enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
